Autoimmune Cell Recognition System

Project Overview

Cellular Automata (CA) is a mathematical model used to simulate complex systems composed of individual cells. Each cell can be defined with different possible states, and all cells are updated synchronously according to user-defined “rules”. The state of each cell depends on its own state and the states of its neighbors. Their states will change globally over time. CA models are particularly suitable for studying the behavior of cells, including their interactions with other cells, because complex interactions between cells can sometimes lead to unexpected and even counterintuitive large-scale phenomena.

This project builds on cellular automata rules and inputs cellular DNA sequence data to reduce dimensionality, ultimately forming a 2D barcode. This barcode is provided to users for subsequent automated identification, which reduces the cost of manual sequence alignment processing.
