Dr. Tsai’s Patent Application Has Been Approved! Genetic Code Management System
A method for managing the genetic code of species, comprising the following steps: (1) reading the genetic code sequence of species; (2) selecting a control parameter based on the length information of the genetic code sequence; (3) converting the genetic code sequence into a binary sequence using a table lookup method; (4) rearranging the binary sequence to form a cellular automaton sequence through a sequence rearrangement algorithm; (5) selecting and combining multiple cellular automaton sequences to create a cellular automaton sequence array with a specified number of rows; (6) displaying the state (0 or 1) of each bit of the cellular automaton sequence array with black or white pixels, allowing the cellular automaton sequence array to be further represented as a genetic barcode image.
